According to District Attorney, Micheal Murray, the following felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Jonathan Colby Moore, on probation for the felony offense of Assault- Against a Pregnant Woman, was adjudicated and sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jonathan Nossek, on probation for the felony offense of Robbery, was revoked and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Clyde Frank Morgan III, on probation for the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation, was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Kevin Patrick Gordon, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 < lG- Drug Free Zone, was revoked and sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Gordon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child was revoked and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Debra Jo Herndon, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was adjudicated and sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

David Bruce Knight pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division
