According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court with Judge Mike Smith presiding.

Jonathan Nathan Rodriguez pled guilty to the felony offense Felon in Possession of Firearm and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Further, Rodriguez, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Vehicle was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
