The City of Brownwood’s Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing for the following requests at City Hall Council Chambers, 501 Center Ave, at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 14, 2021:

(VAR  13-21) 1602 Hawkins Street: Requesting a variance of 20 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.

(VAR  14-21) 2509 Avenue E: Requesting a variance of 12 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a patio.

(VAR  15-21) 1611 Southgate Drive: Requesting a variance of 20 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.

(VAR 16-21) 2807 Glen Cove:  Requesting a variance of 18 ft. into the 25 ft. front yard setback requirement to build a carport.
