The Brown County Sheriff’s Blotter for Thursday, August 19, consists of criminal trespass warnings.
On August 18, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was dispatched to County Road 473 in regards to a man trespassing on another subject’s property. Multiple reports have been given about different trespassing thefts committed by a known subject. The man was located on the property and placed in custody for Criminal Trespass. An investigation for Burglary of a Building is also being conducted. A report has been made.
On August 18, at approximately 15:30 hours, a man was issued a trespass warning at a residence in the 100 block of County Road 473, at the request of the property owner. The man had been stealing items from the property, however, the property owner did not want to pursue charges of theft against the man.
Earlier this week:
On Tuesday, August 17 at about 12:44 p.m. Deputy Byron Langley, spoke with a victim by phone. This was in regards to a theft. The victim stated his ex-girlfriend went into his residence while he was there and had taken items from his child.
On Tuesday, August 17 at approximately 9:45 a.m Deputy Scotty Burke was dispatched to 1050 W. Commerce This was in reference to a found property report.
On Wednesday, August 18, Deputy Chris Angel, met with an individual at the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. This was in reference to a stolen vehicle. The individual named a suspect for taking his red 2004 Chevrolet 2500 pickup, without his permission.
Deputy Chris Angel, located a red 2014 Ford pickup parked in the roadway and abandoned in the 100 block Shamrock Blvd. The vehicle was towed by Welch Brothers.
