The Woofstock Street Dance, to benefit the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center, will take place beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13 on Anderson Street. The rock and roll street dance will be hosted by Spa de la Terre & Brownwood Nutrition with music by The Remedy.

A homemade ice cream contest will also take place along with a rock and roll costume contest. Pioneer Tap House, 10 Mile, Stone Grove, CJ’s Cigar Lounge and several local artisans and vendors will be on hand.

Tickets are $15 each or $25 per couple, kids under 8 are free.
