The world’s most produced musical takes the Lyric Theatre stage this weekend as “Grease The Musical” will make a four-show run Friday through Sunday.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. Friday June 18, 2:30 p.m. Saturday June 19, 7:30 p.m. Saturday June 19, and 2:30 p.m. Sunday June 20.
Tickets, which are not part of the Lyric 2021 Patron Package, are available at brownwoodlyrictheatre.com at $20 for adults and $15 for students.
Brownwood High School theatre teacher Shannon Lee is serving as the director.
Grease is the first of a busy summer of productions for the Lyric with Mamma Mia following July 16-25 with an eight-show run, Beauty and the Beast July 30 and Aug. 1 featuring a cast of seventh through 12th graders, and Jungle Book Aug. 6-8 with a cast of third through sixth graders.
