The Corinne T. Smith Animal Center Board of Directors tabled votes on the future of the center, the discussion of three new board applicants and the modification of the financial policy during Thursday’s meeting at the Adams Street Community, all of which came after Ashley Chilcote – speaking for a group in support of CTSAC Executive Director Leona Cleveland – asked the entire board to resign.

The lone action item to come to a vote was the hiring of TJM Consulting, which was approved by all board members in attendance.

There were no disruptions nor issues between those in attendance and the board during Thursday’s meeting.
