Lake Brownwood has benefited from this week’s heavy rain and runoff.
As of this morning (Wed), Lake Brownwood shows to be 95.5 percent full. That is an increase from 91 percent two days ago. It’s an increase from 83 percent one month ago. John Allen, General Manager of the Brown County Water Improvement District, said Wednesday morning that the lake is still rising slowly.
Lake Coleman is 84.9 percent full right now, up from 84 percent full two days ago.
There has been very little increase in Lake Ivie. Now at 60 percent full, Lake Ivie shows a very slight increase from 59.9 percent full two days ago.
Hords Creek Lake stands at 51.4 percent full, an increase from 50 percent two days ago.
Lake Proctor shows 100 percent capacity. Possum Kingdom Lake is at full capacity. Lake LBJ is at 95 percent full.
