According to information from Brown County District Attorney, Micheal Murray,  a felony case was recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Mario Alberto Perez pied no contest to the state jail felony offenses of Theft of a Person and Attempted Assault Family Violence -Enhanced and was sentenced to Sixteen (16) Months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
