8:45 am Wednesday Update – Fog has formed and light drizzle is sticking to surfaces, including streets and highways in the Brownwood area.  Visibility was down to less than 1 mile at the Brownwood Regional Airport.  Our employees report streets are worse now than earlier this morning.  Callers to the station and on social media also report deteriorating road conditions.  Stay home if you possibly can.  Highs today are forecast to get to 25, well below freezing.
