The San Angelo National Weather Service Office has issued a WIND CHILL WARNING in effect until 12:00 noon Monday, February 15. Wind chills will drop through the day Sunday and through the night Sunday night. By daybreak Monday, wind chills are expected to be 15 below to 20 below zero. The very cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
