On Tuesday, December 22, 2020, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 45 positive COVID-19 test results, 81 negative,  7 recoveries, and 1 death.  Of the 45 positives, 3 were PCR, and 42 were antigen. There are currently 14 hospitalized in Brown County.  One death was reported: a male in his 80’s not from a nursing facility.

Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) COVID-19 mobile testing team will be in Brownwood Monday, December 28th from 10 am to 4 pm at Gordon Wood Stadium located at 3206 Milam Drive.
