A. Consider donating four parcels of right-of-way to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) at the corner of Main Street and West Austin Avenue to accommodate a TxDOT widening project and authorize the Mayor to sign the deeds without warranty.
B. Council may approve the City Manager’s appointments for a Community Event Facilities and Sports Complex Director and Interim Parks and Recreation Director.
C. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute real estate acquisition contracts related to the approved Event Center project within the approved scope and budget.
D. Consider ratification of the BMDD Board to fund a portion of contract work to be administered to The Bert V. Massey II Sports Complex for re-grading and additional clay not to exceed $20,000.
