District Attorney, Micheal Murray said felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.

Candy Jo Norwood, pled guilty to the felony offenses of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, Further, Norwood, pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.

Donald Lynn Trumble, pled guilty to the state felony offenses of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, Theft of Firearm and Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to Eighteen (18) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
