The City of Brownwood would like you to know that starting next Tuesday, November 17th, the Utility Department will have several streets closed due to necessary water line repairs.
Locations include: (See maps below)
Slayden Street between Durham and Austin
Cottage Street between Roanoke and Idlewild
Vine Street at Avenue W
These repairs will require that large holes at each location will be left open for several days. The department will install warning signs and barricades.
They anticipate that the repairs and the streets will reopen by November 23.
