The Board of Directors of Brownwood Municipal Development District will meet at 1:30 pm Tuesday, October 20, at Brownwood City Hall Council Chambers.  The agenda is below.

A. Checklist – September
B. Income Statement – September
C. Loan and Incentive Summary – September
D. Sales Tax – Paid in October

The Board will receive Director’s report:

A. Unemployment numbers
B. Project Updates and Activity

The BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session in the Haynes Conference Room, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Meetings Law, Chapter 551, Government Code Vernon’s Annotated, in accordance with the authority contained in the following section:

Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney
Section 551.072 – Deliberation regarding real property
Section 551.087 – Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations

A. Discussion of 4 Building Improvement Incentive Program Grant (BHP) applications for downtown businesses.
B. Discussion about the possible purchase of property for economic development purposes.

The Board will reconvene into Regular Session in the City Council Chambers to take any action deemed necessary as result of the Executive Session.
