The following calls were answered recently by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
On September 28, Deputy Mason Fabbiani was informed of a walk-in subject who wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued to an ex-fiance for a previous Domestic Violence Report. The other subject came to Brown County Sheriff’s Office and stated he is supposed to be living on the property. A report has been made.
On Tuesday, September 29, Lt. Pete Bastardo met with a subject at the Law Enforcement Center. This was in regards to credit card abuse. A suspect was named.
On Tuesday, September 29, at approximately 11:22 am, Deputy Scotty Burke met with a complainant on County Road 321 and 327. This was in reference to a theft of service report and investigation.
On Tuesday, September 29, at 19:24 hours, Corporal Jayson Bastardo was dispatched to a credit or debit card abuse call. He spoke to a subject who advised an individual made purchases on his debit card without his permission. A report was taken.
On September 27, at approximately 05:29 hours, while on uniformed patrol in a marked Brown County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit, Deputy M. Davis was dispatched to a motorist assist at CR 234 and CR 235. Upon arrival, it was determined that motorist assist was in fact an abandoned vehicle which was left on the roadway.
