On Wednesday, July 28, the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department received 12 positive COVID-19 test results, 2 negatives, 11 recoveries, and 3 deaths. There are no new PCR nursing home cases.

There are currently 98 active cases, of which 4 are hospitalized. The deaths include 2 females in their 90’s and a female in her 70’s and were residents in a nursing home. The total positive PCR tests for Brown County is 343.  The total positive antigen/antibody test are now 31.
