The Lake Coleman Volunteer Fire Department will hold its annual Cook-off this weekend, August 2 and August 3.  In addition to more than 25 teams in the competition cook-off with divisions for brisket, chicken, ribs, beans, poppers, deserts and margaritas.  There is a kid’s burger cook-off, street dance, auction, raffles, air castles and games for the kids.  It’s all held lakeside at Lake Coleman, about 15 miles north of Coleman, west of Highway 283.
