Dalton Crosby pled guilty to felony Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence and was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Crosby pled guilty to the felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug-Free Zone, receiving 4 years in T.D.C.J., Institutional Division.
William Warren Lux pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant and Continuous Violence Against the Family and was sentenced to 10 years in T.D.C.J., Institutional Division.
Jeffrey Willy Wayne Wagner pled guilty to felony Burglary of a Habitation and Felon in Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to 8 years in T.D.C.J., Institutional Division. Further, Wagner pled guilty to the State Jail Felony of Theft of Firearm, Burglary of a Building and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and was sentenced to 12 months in T.D.C.J., State Jail Division.
Devon Jason Montemayor, on probation for the felony offense of Robbery was adjudicated and sentenced to 7 years in the T.D.C.J., Institutional Division.
Jessie Anthany Weldon Roper pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 2 years in the T.D.C.J., State Jail Division.
