
Brownwood High School Automotive and Building Trades students recently participated in their SkillsUSA contest, earning high ratings for their respective exhibits.
Preston Cook, Quaid Wilson, Stormi Knuckles, and Nathaniel Moore earned a State Superior rating for their automotive electrical component job exhibit.
Building Trades students earned the following ratings for their projects: Lindsay Tatum – State Superior Rating, Cody Click – State Excellent Rating, and Brayden Tlahuel-Torres – State Excellent Rating.
The SkillsUSA conference brings together thousands of competitors from high schools and post-secondary institutions each year to test their abilities in over 120 hands-on skilled trade and leadership contests, including Job Exhibits.
