The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.

• Kevin Travis Lambert pled guilty to the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 25 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Dustin Tyler Crosby pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Building and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Hector Daniel Garza pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
• Sherry Ann Wheeler aka Phillips, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Endangering a Child and was adjudicated and sentenced to 18 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
