
Frank Morgan Teague, age 79, of Brady, passed away Saturday morning, March 8, 2025, in Brady. Frank was born on September 19, 1945, in Brady to Ben Harold Teague and Lela Mae (Morgan) Teague. He grew up in Brady and was a member of the 1963 graduating class at Brady High School. He attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville where he received his bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science. He received his master’s degree in education from Prairie View A & M University. He married Mary Alice Saul on June 25, 1999, in Conroe, Texas. He taught at New Caney I.S.D. for 26 years, retiring in 2000 as the department head of Vocational Education. He moved back to Brady in 2001. Frank was a “Man’s Man”, an outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and play cards with his friends. He also liked to trade and enjoyed going to sales. He was a big man with a big heart. Frank was continually active in the Masonic bodies. He was a master mason and Past Master of the Camp San Saba Lodge #555 and member of the Fort San Saba Masonic Lodge #784 in Menard and served as District Deputy Grand Master. He was also a member of the San Angelo York Rite, Chapter #110, Council #170 and Commandry #28. He was also a member of the Suez Shrine Temple in San Angelo. He has been a mason for over 50 years and has received the Golden Trowel Award. Even though Frank never had any children of his own, he loved and cherished his inherited grandchildren.
Graveside services for Frank Teague will be held at 1:00pm Friday, March 14, 2025, at Rest Haven Cemetery in Brady with Reverend Don Sessions officiating. Frank Teague is survived by his loving wife, Mary Alice Saul of Conroe, Texas; stepdaughter Alicia Gardner and husband Steven of Montgomery, Texas; sister Bennie Moore and husband Jaroy of Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren Colby Gardner, Brooke Merrick and Shanna Gardner and many friends.
