Joyce Bell, age 73, of Brownwood, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025. Her family will hold a Celebration of Life on February 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM at 1031 Early Blvd.

Joyce was born on July 30, 1951 in Santa Anna, Texas to Finice and Joyce June Sutherland. She married the love of her life, David Bell, on December 12, 1968, in Brownwood and they started their family. Joyce was a homemaker and was dedicated to her family.

Joyce is survived by her children, Tommy Bell and his wife Martha, Rhonda Kelton and her husband Jason, Jason Bell and his wife Tracy, Amy Valdez and her husband Trampas, Sheyleigh Woods and her husband Aaron; grandchildren, Tim, Shyan, Hollie, Devin, Gilbert, Destiny, Katelyn, Blake, Davidray, Davana, Riley, Jaren, Tuff, Tagen, Mickey, Ryder and Ava; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Mike Sutherland and his wife Morrisa; her beloved puppies, Blacky and Tasha, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by both of her parents, Finice and June Sutherland, her husband David Bell, great grandson Kallin Fraser and her son-in-law, Pete Vargas.
