Brenda Louise Gorman , 53, of Bangs Tx passed away peacefully on December 23,2024. She was born March 26, 1971, in Arlington Texas to Edgar Roy and Margaret Louise Carter. Brenda married Gary Michael Gorman on November 8,1997 and together adopted five children: Eliana, Zia(deceased), Aicha, Abigail and Ava.
Brenda was a Software Engineer in the financial industry for 25 years. Beyond work, she was an advocate to many families pursuing adoption. She loved animals, photography and travel. She enjoyed tech and volunteered many hours at church.
She is survived by her husband Gary, Sister Connie and families. A memorial will be held at Brownwood Community Church on January 4, 2025 at 12:00. Donations received will further help orphan care or you can give to a foster or adoption agency on her behalf.
