The Toys for Kids preseason kickoff event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12 at Grand Starz, located at 2325 Belle Plain. Applications for assistance will be accepted at this time. Please bring your identification, a recent utility bill and your child’s social security cards to register.
