Anthony Howard French, 37, of Blanket, Texas passed away Sunday, September 29, 2024. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Heartland Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2024.

Anthony was born August 7th, 1987 in Abilene, Texas to Anderson David and Sherry Jolene (Craddock) French. He attended school in Brownwood and married Angelica Lopez in 2017 after a long relationship together. Anthony and Angie were blessed with 4 children and loved his family with all of his heart. Anthony worked for real estate companies taking care of properties and helping with maintenance. Anyone who knew Anthony or his family knows the love for the Green Bay Packers that Anthony had. Everything on Game Day was shut down, his friends were on speed dial and you better not say a nice thing about the Dallas Cowboys in front of him. To add to the fun, all of his in-laws are Dallas Cowboy fans. He loved to BBQ, everyone loved his ribs, he was the dad joke king. Anthony was all about the kids, from late night talks, always helping with whatever they needed, being a 10/10 side line coach, to playing games and being ferocious because he didn’t want to lose, it was always all about the kids. Anthony was very protective of his family, his children, his mother, his sister and especially his wife, you did not mess with his people. He was loved by many.

Anthony is survived by his beloved wife, Angie French of Blanket; daughter, Layla French of Blanket; sons, Peanut Castaneda and partner, Sabina of Brownwood; AC French of Blanket, Taylor Turd French of Blanket; sister, Jolene French of Fort Worth, niece, Lexi French of Blanket, nephews, Damon Carrillo of Brownwood, Jeremiah & Bently Wilkerson of Fort Worth; brother, Jeremy Northcutt of Bangs and J.R. Brumit of Abilene; one grandson, Big Boy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
