Funeral services for Jessie “Pic” McNiel, 91, of Goldthwaite, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13 at Western Heritage Cowboy Church in Goldthwaite. Interment will follow at Caradan Cemetery in Mills County. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 12 at Stacy-Wilkins Funeral Home.
