Brown County Grand Jury Indictments for July 2024

According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, during the July 2024 session of the Brown County Grand Jury, 29 true bills were returned against 28 persons.

Those indicted were:

  • John William Layton – Assault against a public servant
  • Jamal Deon Baker – Ct. I: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; Ct. II: Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
  • Dustin Wayne Lindley – Possession of a controlled substance, repeat/habitual offender
  • Ethan Dale Hutchins – Theft of property against elderly individual
  • Amistad Lashae Salinas aka Amista Lashae Thiebaud – Theft of property against elderly individual
  • Christina Maebeth Donham – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Trevor Shane Lorah – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Ryan Michelle Moorman – Credit card or debit card abuse
  • Ryan Quinn Henderson – Ct. I-II Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
  • John Jacobus Karakaris – Assault against a pregnant woman
  • Jonathan Holland aka Jonathon Holland aka Jonathon Dale Holland – Driving while intoxicated, repeat offender
  • Gilberto Ramirez aka Gilberto Ramirez Jr. – Driving while intoxicated
  • Eliazar Aguillar – Burglary of a habitation
  • Tavin Deon Johnson – Ct. I-II: Assault family violence enhanced, repeat offender
  • David Cardoza aka David DeJesus Cardoza – Continuous violence against the family, repeat offender
  • Daniel Garcia – Harassment of a public servant
  • Gilbert Roger Lopez Jr. – Theft enhanced
  • Evyln Kathryn Kelly aka Evlyn Clark – Unauthorized use of a vehicle
  • Jessica Kathleen Losolla – Unauthorized use of a vehicle
  • Jacob Glenn Dwayne Bond – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Jossiah Gonzalez – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Coralys Joan Sanitago Rivera – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Ana Lilia Rivas aka Ana Lilia Aguirre aka Ana Lilia Delacruz – Possession of a controlled substance
  • Jerry Douglas Allen aka Jerry Douglas Allen Jr. – Tampering with electronic monitoring device, state jail felony enhancment

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names on new indictments until after the Grand Jury proceedings have been processed through the District Clerk and a file marked copy of the Grand Jury Report has been returned.

The District Attorney’s Office does not release names of Defendants who have been indicted by a Grand Jury but not yet arrested because of an indictment being sealed until the time of arrest. In addition, names of individuals who have had no formal charges filed against them and who are no-billed by a Grand Jury will not be released by the District Attorney’s Office at this time.
