Beth Loftis joins CASA in the Heart of Texas as Executive Director

CASA in the Heart of Texas is thrilled to announce the appointment of Beth Loftis as its new Executive Director. With an extensive background in leadership, community relations, and program administration, Loftis brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role overseeing the organization’s mission to advocate for children in foster care across Brown, Comanche, and Mills counties.

Loftis joins CASA with a robust professional history that includes roles as an educator, sales manager, and regional executive. Most recently, Loftis served as an Educator and Varsity Head Coach, where she demonstrated exceptional skills in team leadership, program management, and community engagement. Her tenure in business equipped her with the ability to motivate teams, foster relationships, and achieve organizational goals — qualities that are pivotal in her new role at CASA.

At CASA, Loftis will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the organization, including staff and volunteer management, fundraising initiatives, budget management, and community outreach efforts. Her appointment underscores CASA’s commitment to recruiting top-tier talent dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children navigating the foster care system.

Loftis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Central Washington University and brings a wealth of skills in communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Her career spans diverse sectors, including education, athletics, agriculture, software and automotive, where she consistently delivered impactful results and built strong community partnerships.

As the primary ambassador for CASA in the Heart of Texas within Brown, Comanche, and Mills counties, Loftis will play a crucial role in advancing the organization’s visibility and impact. Her strategic vision and dedication to child advocacy will further strengthen CASA’s position as a leader in supporting the well-being of children in foster care.
