The votes in the May 28 Republican Primary runoff elections for Brown County Precinct 3 Commissioner and Brown County Precinct 1 Justice of the Peace will be canvassed June 10, and Brown County Elections Administrator Brenda Arp is reminding the public that provisional and mail-in ballots postmarked no later than May 28 will be added to the current tallies.

Arp stated the mail-in and provisional ballots will be opened and counted at 2 p.m. Monday, June 3 at the Brown County Elections Office, then during the Brown County Commissioners Court meeting at 9 a.m. Monday, June 10 the canvass will be released, certifying the winners of each election.
