Bill was born July 6, 1941, in Abilene to Curtis Vernon Street and Etoile Faye Caskey Street. He grew up in Brady and graduated from Brady High School in 1959. Bill was a Brady Bulldog and proudly sported his black and gold. Bill married Janet Hicks on January 21, 1961, in Brady.

Throughout his life, Bill was a beacon of kindness and compassion. As Vice President of marketing at Control Equipment in Odessa, he excelled in his career. Passionate about travel, he and Janet explored the world together, creating countless memories along the way.

As a proud grandfather, Bill delighted in attending basketball tournaments and sporting events, cheering on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Whether fishing, watching football, or following the PGA Tours in Las Vegas, Bill’s zest for life was infectious.
