Betty “Gail” Mullins was a Wife, Mother, Sister, Gran, and a Great-Gran. She peacefully left this world on January 10, 2024, with her husband and daughter by her side, after two years of battling many health issues.

Gail was born February 5, 1946 to Betty and Bill “Perk” Perkins in Brownwood, Texas. She graduated from Brownwood High School in May 1966 and married her high school sweetheart, Harold, during that same month. She worked at places such as Rock River Woolen Mill, 3M, Texas Bank, Brownwood Regional Medical Center, Brownwood ISD, Central Freight, HPU, and most recently at Heart of Texas Internal Medicine. She was a devoted mother and attended every activity that her children had during their school years. She continued this on by wanting to know every move that her grandchildren made, how they would get there, who they would be with and how they would get home. Her family often joked with one another to not mention something they needed/wanted or they would get it and possibly many, she made sure that you got the exact one that you wanted. We will miss her countless back rubs and her unbelievable banana pudding.

Gail/Mama/Gran is survived by her husband of 57 years, Harold Mullins, of Brownwood, TX, their daughter, Roycelyn Mullins Geron (husband Roddy) of Bangs,TX and daughter-in-law, LaQuita Mullins of Ashdown, AR. Sister Karen Byrd (husband Bill) of Tulsa, OK. Her grandchildren, Royce Mullins (wife Ashley) and Marli Thomson (Husband Josh), Wyatt, Marion, Georgia, and Shelby Geron Mendoza (husband Sergio) and 5 great-granddaughters Oakleigh, Whitley, Ellie, Josie, Savannah, and #6 on the way. Along with brothers, sister-in-laws, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Gail was preceded in death by her son, Michael Mullins, her parents, Betty and Bill Perkins, grandparents, many aunts, and close cousins.
