Eight sentenced in district court

The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Tuesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Sam Moss.

  • Joel Manuel Camacho pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 35 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

  • Caleb Salge pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Family Violence-Occlusion and was sentenced to 4 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Lynn Scott pled guilty to the felony offense of Theft of Property and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Jonathan Shane Eisenhauer pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Valeria Hernandez Dominguez pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 3 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
  • Clifton Cory Bagley, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, was revoked and sentenced to 20 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Manuel DeJesus Basio pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger, was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
  • Tom Lee Breer pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced to 6 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
