The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday morning shared on Facebook a list of local grocery stores and restaurants that will be open Thanksgiving Day.

They include:

Brookeshire’s from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Harvest Restaurant in Comanche, lunch by reservation

McDonald’s from 5 a.m. to noon

The Turtle Enoteca from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Sonic on Commerce from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sonic on Austin from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Whataburger all day
