The Texas Department of Transportation will host a Car Seat Check-Up Event this coming Thursday, September 21st, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Big Country Ford, 500 West Commerce, in Brownwood.
During the event, certified child passenger safety technicians will provide hands-on instructions on how to correctly place a child in a child safety seat, assist parents and caregivers with installation of their child’s safety seat, offer tips on how to choose safety seats that are age, height and weight appropriate. They will also make sure the child’s safety seat has not been recalled or expired.
The Car Seat Check-Up Event is Thursday, September 21st, from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at Big Country Ford on West Commerce in Brownwood.
