Early Police Arrest One After Reckless Driver Call

On September 12th at approximately 6:30pm, Early Police officers responded to a reckless driver call on Garmon Drive.

Officers were then advised a red Toyota pickup had driven through someone’s yard then over a mailbox back onto the roadway and the vehicle had stopped in the 100 block of Garmon at the church parking lot.

Officers arrived and located the vehicle and the driver urinating outside the pickup. The officer met with the driver, Bryan Wade Jamison, who told him he had taken Ambien and drank 5-6 cans of beer. The officers conducted field sobriety test on Jamison which he failed. Officers obtained a search warrant for blood test and then transported Jamison to the Brown County Jail. Jamison was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (open container) – Class B Misd.

Duty on striking a fixed object – Class C Misd.

Fail to maintain financial responsibility – Class C Misd.

Expired Registration – Class C Misd
