District Attorney Micheal Murray says that felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.

Cody Fletcher Holliday, pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Vehicle and was sentenced to Fifteen (15) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Jonathan Waddle, pled guilty to the felony offense of Assault Against Public Servant and was sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Colleen Marie Johnson aka Dolfini, on probation for the felony offense of Assault Family Violence – Enhanced was revoked and sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
