Jeanine Chisum, age 47, of Brownwood, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023.

A celebration of life for Jeanine will be held on Thursday, August 31, at 2:00 pm at New Beginnings Church with pastor Kelly Crenshaw officiating.

Jeanine was born in Brownwood on June 2, 1976 to Kenneth and Rose Mary Nicks. She graduated from Trinity Academy, then attended TSTC and studied digital. She married the love of her life, Keven Chisum on January 25, 1997 at Trinity Chapel Church in Early. Jeanine loved arts and crafts, drawing, Christian music, and singing. Above all else, she enjoyed spending time with her family.

Jeanine is survived by her husband, Keven Chisum; children, Zackary Ryan Chisum and Katherine Bryanne Chisum; mother, Rose Mary Nicks; brother, Casey Nicks and wife Pam; niece, Sophie Nicks; nephew, Nickolas Nicks; four aunts, one uncle, several cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Nicks; her grandparents; cousins, Robin, Little Curt, and Shane; and her uncle, Tommy Joe.
