Marianne Louise Gideon-Sowell, age 33, peacefully passed away in her sleep, with her husband beside her, in their home in Early, Texas, on August 8, 2023.

Born to Deziree Gideon on May 14, 1990 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Marianne spent most of her life in the Brownwood and Early area, graduating from Early High School in 2008. In Brownwood, she met and married Andrew Sowell on May 28, 2021. Marianne enjoyed crafting and watching movies, but most of all, “giving my life a home,” as Andrew put it.

Marianne is survived by her husband Andrew and his family, her two daughters, three brothers, and grandmother, Nita Sue Foreman.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

A memorial for Marianne will be held at a later date.
