Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue has a mission to provide a safe and loving environment to all donkeys that have been abused, neglected or abandoned. They are the largest rescue program in the country.
The Brownwood Public Library will have a visit from Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue Thursday, July 20 at 10:30 a.m. as part of the Summer Reading Program.
They will talk about donkey rescue and what they do. They will also bring several donkeys for kids to pet and ask questions about. A fun and educational presentation.
The program will be behind the library building.
