A graveside funeral service for Nancy Ann Thomason, age 83, of San Angelo, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 5, 2023, in the Santa Anna Cemetery, under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home of Early.

Mrs. Thomason passed from this life on Sunday, July 2, 2023, in a San Angelo hospital.

Nancy Ann Farris was born in Santa Anna on October 26, 1939, to Rufus King Farris and Lotta Atolora (Fuller) Farris.  She married Glenn Dwain Thomason on April 4, 1980.  Nancy had a 17-year career with Lone Star Gas before retiring.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in San Angelo.  She loved spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Dwain Thomason of San Angelo; a daughter, Christie D. Talley and her husband Tim of Early; two grandchildren, Tyler F. Talley and wife Aven and Coy P. Talley and wife Emily; three great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law and numerous cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several aunts and uncles.
