The office of District Attorney Micheal Murray issued the following press release Wednesday regarding felony cases recently heard in 35th District Court by Judge Mike Smith.
- Robert Lee Danner pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 16 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Ernest Willborn III pled guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Jeremiah Alexander pled guilty to the felony offense of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Kayla Penelope Lane pled guilty to the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Blake Lee Justice pled guilty to the felony offense of Evading Arrest with Previous Convictions and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Harlan Morris pled guilty to the felony offense of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration and was sentenced to 5 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
- Pedro Cruz Alonzo, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer, was adjudicated and sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
