Michael Dean “Mike” Bolton, age 75, of Early, passed away on June 10, 2023.

Funeral services for Mike will be held on Monday, June 19 at 2:30 P.M., at Early First Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held prior to services starting at 1 P.M.

Mike was born on December 2, 1947 to Carthel and Edith Marine Oliver Bolton in Dresden, Tennessee. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for a number of years. He received the National Defense Service and Good Conduct Medals. After being honorably discharged, Mike began working at Brownwood Regional Medical Center as a Medical Technologist until retirement. While employed in Brownwood, Mike met his wife Gina and they were married on November 12, 2005. Mike enjoyed Nascar, and sports. He was involved in organizing the start of Centex Soccer Association, and was once the President of the association. Mike was also a soccer and little league baseball coach.

Mike is survived by his wife, Gina Bolton; sons, Sean Bolton, Ryan “Tigger” Bolton, and Karson Holamon; grandchildren, Abbey Laisure, Lane Bolton, and Harper Bolton; his aunt, Janette Millsaps, one niece, 3 nephews, and many special people he would consider part of his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Early First Baptist youth, youth sports organizations, or your favorite charity.
