Tuesday, May 30, was the first day to vote early in the Ward 4 Special City Council Election in Brownwood, a race between Draco A. Miller and Jim Byers.  There were 71 votes cast at the Brown County Elections Office.

Early voting continues between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week.  Early voting continues Monday and Tuesday of next week (June 5 and 6) from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm.

Election Day is Saturday, June 10, from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm at the Elections Office, 613 N. Fisk.
