Brown County Commissioners Court will be in session Monday, May 22, at 9:00 am in the Brown County Courthouse. The agenda is below.

Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately. All Presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit. Multiple person groups will be limited to one speaker.

A. Brown County Clerk Sharon Ferguson will make a presentation regarding her office’s purchasing and use of Property Fraud Alert

VIII. BUSINESS TO BE DISCUSSED AND CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL:
A. Consider and take appropriate action approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Brown County and the Texas Agri-Life Extension Agency for future use of the extension office. To be presented by Scott Anderson.
B. Consider and take appropriate action to seek approval from Frontier Communications for DID numbers.
C. Consider and take appropriate action to approve the destruction of surplus hard drives.
D. Consider and take appropriate action to reappoint Bart Johnson and Bert Massey to the Brown County Hospital District Board of Directors.
E. Consider and take appropriate action to change or amend the regular meeting dates of the Brown County Commissioner’s Court for September and October 2023.
F. Consider and take appropriate action regarding the scheduling and planning of County Budget workshops for the creation of the FY23 Brown County Budget.
