Michael Lance Nestell pled guilty to the felony offense of Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Charles Dewayne Spivey, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Julio Bernal, Jr., on probation for the felony offense of False Name, False Information and Forgery was revoked and sentenced to Six (6) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Further, Bernal, on probation for the state jail felony offense of False Statement to Obtain Property or Credit was revoked and sentenced to Twenty-four (24) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
Amber Watson, on probation for the felony offense of Aggravated Robbery and was adjudicated and sentenced to Five (5) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Watson, on probation for the state jail felony offense of Unauthorized Use of Vehicle was adjudicated and sentenced to Twelve (12) months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division.
