John Keeter, 88, passed away on April 09, 2023, in Brownwood Texas.

John was born to Max and Thelma (Green) Keeter on November 04, 1934, in Fort Worth Texas

John’s hobbies was listening to Fox News and the 700 Club. When he was able to see he loved to read and play dominos. His favorite spot to eat at was Underwood’s, located in Brownwood Texas. His daily hang out spot was at the Senior Citizens Center and McDonalds to hang out with his friends and daughter. He was also a great insurance salesman and was also a loving and dedicated father.

He is survived by his daughter Kara Keeter, 42, of Brownwood, his stepdaughter, who was considered his real daughter, Penny White, 60, of Early Texas and his adopted granddaughter, Nina Lopez, 36, of Brownwood, Texas, and his friends: Heather, Amy, Janie, Ricardo, Joel, and Ofie, all from Brownwood and Bangs, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Ruth Keeter and his parents Max and Thelma (Green) Keeter.

A Memorial service for John Keeter will be held at Coggin Ave Baptist Church at the CCC building on May 04, 2023, at 1:00pm Room 104. 1715 Coggin Ave, Brownwood Texas.
