Consider a request to change the zoning of Abstract 576, Survey 278, Blocks 18, 19, Kerr County School Land, 15.08 acres in the City of Brownwood, Brown County, Texas from R-1 Single Family Residential District to R-2 Two Family Residential District. Said undeveloped subdivision is located between the boundary of roads Mustang Drive – Sam Houston Drive and Horseshoe Trail – Longhorn Lane.
