Maddie & Tae’s Maddie Marlow Font announced that she and her husband Jonah Font are expecting their first child, a son, this September. Marlow Font posted on social media: “Baby BOY Font coming this September! Jonah & I are over the moon and feel so blessed we get to be this little man’s parents thank you @tristancusick for capturing this special moment Read the exciting news in @people!”

The couple shared the exciting news along with maternity photos exclusively to People Magazine, featuring Maddie, 27, in a blue sweater dress with a hand on her bump and Jonah, 28, holding a letterboard that reads, “Baby Font due September 2023.”

Maddie tells PEOPLE of how she shared the big announcement with her husband: “We found out in early January that we were expecting. I surprised Jonah with a little card and the positive tests once he came home from work … Oddly enough, my duo partner, Tae (Taylor Dye Kerr), had a feeling I was pregnant before I even knew!”  Tae and husband Josh Kerr share their 1-year-old daughter, Leighton Grace.

Maddie and Jonah first met during her sophomore year of high school in Texas, with Jonah giving her a promise ring at 17 before she moved to Nashville. The couple got engaged in May 2018, and tied the knot in November 2019.
